1. Acceptance

By accessing or using aithelottery.ca you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Nature of the service

AI The Lottery provides statistical analysis, historical draw data, number generation tools and educational content for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, or operate any form of gambling.

3. No prediction, no guarantee

Lottery draws are independent random events. No statistic, algorithm, model or system offered on this site can predict a draw result, improve your odds of winning, or guarantee any outcome. Any number set produced here has exactly the same probability of winning as any other valid combination, including a quick pick.

You accept full responsibility for any decision you make about purchasing lottery products. We accept none.

4. Data accuracy

Draw data, jackpot figures and odds are provided on a best-effort basis and may include clearly labelled sample data during development. Always verify results and prize information with the official lottery operator. We are not liable for reliance on inaccurate or outdated data.

5. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be of legal age to purchase lottery products in your province. You agree not to scrape the site at volume, resell our data or output as a prediction service, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Memberships and billing

Paid memberships are not currently on sale. When billing goes live, subscription terms, renewal behaviour and the refund window will be presented before any charge is made, and subscriptions will be cancellable at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, written content, analytics implementation and branding are owned by AI The Lottery. Lottery names and marks belong to their respective operators; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by OLG, WCLC, Loto-Québec, ALC, BCLC or ILC.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI The Lottery is not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
